Damages and issues
Since our products are person-care items we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can find a solution.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We only cancel orders if they HAVE NOT been shipped.
If your order was refunded you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve issued a refund, please contact us at theyellowriverco@gmail.com.
